Breakthroughs in 2e Education National Conference
NYC'S Annual, National Conference devoted to
The name Breakthroughs was chosen intentionally – to reflect a new wave of 2e practice that intentionally breaks down professional silos and practice to redefine education and learning for twice exceptional students. Thus, Breakthroughs brings together clinicians, educators, providers, advocates, parents and twice-exceptional individuals to learn from each other and to enrich and disseminate practice.
We strongly believe that meaningful innovation is based on deep knowledge and practice in our respective areas of expertise. Again this year, Breakthroughs is co-presented by The 2e Study Center and The Quad Preparatory School. Past partners include The Quad Manhattan and The Association for the Education of Gifted Underachieving Students (AEGUS). The choice of our annual conference partner, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, reflects the importance of community partnership and engagement.
Our conference program reflects the diverse knowledge and experience of our speakers. We invite participants to stretch their practice and take advantage of the rich variety of expertise across disciplines.
